You have a place here.

Welcome to Alcohol Freedom Tribe.

Women sitting together, sharing ideas and learning

Changing your relationship with alcohol can feel lonely.

Even when the people around you love you and support you, they may not fully understand what it's like to think about alcohol the way you do. To question your drinking. To navigate social situations differently. To be excited about your freedom one day and struggle the next.

You don't have to do this alone.

Alcohol Freedom Tribe

A free online community for people of faith who are changing their relationship with alcohol.

This isn't just a place to get support. It's a place to belong.

Come as you are. You don't need to have it all figured out. You don't need to know whether you're ready to quit forever. You don't need to be perfect.

You can be curious. You can be unsure. You can be excited. You can have questions. You can be struggling.

There's room for you here.

All stages welcome

Inside the Tribe, you'll find people at different stages of their alcohol journey — some still drinking and wondering if change is possible, some newly alcohol-free, and others who have been free for years and are continuing to grow.

We're learning together, encouraging one another and celebrating the small wins along the way.

More than a Facebook group

A place to connect around the things that actually matter.

Honest conversation

Talk openly with women who understand the journey without judgement, shame or labels.

Encouragement

Sometimes you just need someone to remind you that you can do this.

Learning

Explore conversations around alcohol, mindset, neuroscience, faith, emotions, habits and creating a life you love.

Faith

A place where you can bring God into your journey and explore what freedom looks like through a Christian lens.

Growing together

Challenges, reflections, book conversations and opportunities to take what you're learning and actually live it.

Because freedom grows in community

I believe we were created for connection.

There is something powerful about being surrounded by people who are walking toward the same thing.

You don't have to explain why Friday night feels different now.

You don't have to pretend you're fine when you're struggling.

You don't have to celebrate your freedom quietly.

There are women here who get it.

And sometimes the most powerful thing you can hear is simply: “Me too.”

Come and find your people.

Alcohol Freedom Tribe is completely free to join. Come and have a look around. Introduce yourself when you're ready. Read. Listen. Ask questions. Connect.

You don't have to commit to anything. Just come as you are.
