Ready for an alcohol reset that doesn't rely on white-knuckling?

In Fixated to Free, we focus on rewiring your thinking... which changes your desire.

If you keep promising yourself today will be different, and by six you're right back where you started... friend, this is for you.

That's not a willpower problem. That's exactly what Fixated to Free is here to help you understand, and change, for good.

And here's the good news: you don't need to quit today. We start with 30 days of mindset work, preparing you for your 40-day fast.

70 days. One community. A completely different relationship with alcohol.

Next round starts 11 January.

You want to be back in control of alcohol. Free to choose again.

Free in your thoughts — no longer consumed with thinking about drinking, or worrying about what last night cost you.

Free in your body — the cravings finally quiet.

Free in your soul — with alcohol no longer numbing what you feel, you can reconnect with yourself, and with God.

That's the whole reason He's been nudging you about this. He wants more of you, and alcohol has been taking up the space. When He starts something, He also makes the way, and gives you everything you need to finish it.

The result is always more joy, more peace, and a life more fully lived in Him.

You know the pattern by now.

Waking at 3am, thoughts racing, wondering why you drank too much again... shame and guilt right behind it.

Snapping at the people you love because you're running on empty. No patience. Always a little on edge.

Dreading the day ahead because you're hungover and didn't sleep.

Promising yourself not today... and finding a drink in your hand by six anyway.

Making rules about your drinking, and breaking them. Making promises, and breaking those too.

Living two lives — put-together on the outside, quietly ashamed and struggling underneath.

Isolating yourself, because you're sure no one else would understand.

Feeling like God is disappointed in you, even as you long for a life that actually lines up with your faith.

No one in your circle who gets it. Church doesn't feel like the place to say this, and a basement meeting never resonated.

You've never hit a rock bottom. You don't identify as an alcoholic. But you know, deep down, that alcohol has gotten bigger than it should be.

I've been there.

My relationship with alcohol started young, but it became a real problem when I unknowingly started using it to self-medicate postpartum depression after my first child. A quiet voice kept telling me alcohol wasn't helping... it was standing in the way of the mum and wife I wanted to be.

After years of trying to moderate, I found This Naked Mind in 2019, let go of alcohol, and never looked back. I trained as a coach so I could help others do the same. I'm now a Senior This Naked Mind and Gray Area Drinking coach, currently training as a Spiritual Director, and I've walked hundreds of women through exactly what you're facing now.

The plan.

01

Understand

Your first 30 days is all about mindset. You do not need to stop drinking yet. We take our time to discover why you're drinking, get curious about what job alcohol has actually been doing for you, and gently prepare you for what's ahead.

02

Rewire

As understanding grows, we start renewing your mind... shifting the beliefs and patterns that have kept you stuck, so the fast ahead feels like relief, not restriction.

03

Act

Small, achievable steps, building up to a 40-day fast that falls on Lent 2027. By the time you get there, you'll have a new mindset, real tools, an accountability group, and weekly coaching behind you.

The 40-Day Fast

Think of it as an alcohol reset, not a forever decision. A dedicated break to actually work through the material, renew your mind around alcohol, draw near to God, adopt small healthy habits that leave you feeling genuinely good, and do it all alongside a community walking the same path.

What's Included

4-6 short videos a week (5–10 minutes each), with journaling invitations to go deeper

2 live coaching calls a week

A private community space on Skool

Here's the thing about waiting.

Alcohol doesn't stay the same size. It creeps. A little more, a little more often, a little harder to stop once you've started.

Fast forward five years and picture it: memories from your kids' childhoods you can't quite recall clearly. Nights you wish you could get back. Kids who are older now, who needed you fully present, and got a version of you a little dimmed instead.

Your health, quietly worse than it needed to be. Your confidence... the thing alcohol always promised to give you a boost of... actually smaller than it used to be, because deep down, you know.

Opportunities missed because you've been too tired, too foggy, to pursue them.

You don't have to find out what five more years of this looks like.

"I would highly recommend Rina's program to anyone wanting to change their relationship with alcohol. Rina's gentle, non-judgmental approach made me feel supported, understood, and truly cared for throughout the journey. She consistently showed empathy to every participant while offering thoughtful, perspective-shifting insights that helped me navigate the challenges of becoming alcohol-free. I was initially a little hesitant about the Christian aspect of the program, but I now truly believe God led me to Rina for a reason. My faith has become the biggest influence in making my transition to freedom from alcohol feel so much easier than I ever imagined. I am incredibly grateful for Rina's guidance, encouragement, and unwavering support, and above all, for the Good Lord's grace throughout this journey. 🙏"

— Margie, SA

"Rina has such a passion for God and an AF lifestyle, and her incredible coaching reveals this. Her videos and lessons come from real experience that I could really relate to. Rina is one of the most peaceful yet strong humans I have ever met, and she truly has so much to offer those in need of support. Compassionate!"

— Lori, LA

"I would highly recommend Rina. She just gets it when it comes to the complicated relationship alcohol plays in our lives, and she coaches with an open mind and zero judgement. Although my program hasn't finished yet, I already feel so much less shame around my addiction and hope that soon alcohol will just be something I used to do :)"
